Delivery Information

IDENTITY VERIFICATION PRIOR TO ACTIVATION AND DELIVERY

Since the transaction is conducted through online payment, Ooredoo needs to ensure the validity of the credentials you supply us. It will take up to 24 hours for our agents to contact you to schedule delivery.

To ensure the validity of credentials you provide to us, at the time of delivery you will be asked to present the original civil ID / used to conduct your online transaction. The delivery agent will take a picture of your civil ID / and the signed Subscriber Activation Form (SAF, Appendix, delivery note) at the time of delivery. The product will not be handed over to you unless the SAF is signed. In the case of high end devices, further verification of identity is expected when the delivery agent requests for KNET verification.

POSTPAID PLANS

On postpaid plans, Ooredoo would charge the customer a deposit amount which would be subsequently credited to the bill amount after a period of 3 months. This down payment is made online. You can make all subsequent payments using our online bill payment service by going to www.ooredoo.com.kw/billpayment

PREPAID OFFERS

All prepaid offers can be purchased online using your KNET or credit card. In cases of prepaid orders, you do not pay any subsequent bills and only pay for the additional services you choose to add to your prepaid service.

LINE ACTIVATION AND HANDOVER

Please allow up to 2 hours for line activation from the time the delivery agent hands you the product. In case if there is any delay in the activation due to technical reasons, we will inform customer accordingly. Customer can contact the call center for further clarifications.
