Promo for more payment

I am an Oredoo user for 3 years and I came to visit the branch to avail the promo for I phone 13 but they want me to pay 50 kd for the advance payment for the Iphone. So it’s not a promo. Coz you will pay per month plus the 50 kd you paid in advance. I am thinking to switch to a new network now.
